I believe in transparent pricing. I want you to be able to see the pricing before we have a conversation. I also believe in coaching so much that I want you to be able to take advantage of it even if you feel it's not in your budget. Let's work together to make this work for you!

This covers fees for Career & Personal Coaching.
3 month package: $500
Includes:
1 initial session (60 minutes)
7 subsequent sessions
Additional Add-ons:
Unlimited Email/Text/Phone communition between sessions: $100/week
Additional sessions are available at a per-session rate of $70/hour.

Session Packages are available after the initial 3-month package in the instance that additional sessions are desired without a contracted timeline.
4 sessions: $320
These sessions can be spread out over 1-4 months.

Sliding scales are developed based on income level and ability to pay.
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to take advantage of coaching, so I make every effort to create affordability. Proof of income is required. “In-kind” trades may also be available on a case-by-case basis.

Wellness coaching includes both coaching sessions and virtual personal training sessions. In-person for locals are also available for additional fees.

1 introductory session (60 minutes)
Development of a wellness plan
6 coaching sessions
6 personal training sessions
