Meet Your Coach

Hello! I'm so glad that you've stopped by. I believe choosing your coach is the most important part of the decision to enter into a coaching partnership. Like any partnership, it takes two people to make it a successful endevour.

I value you as a human. I wholeheartedly believe that you are your own person with the ability to create opportunities for your successes. We as humans are made up of multiple parts of ourselves and I value all parts of what makes you who you are. I celebrate that you can always show up as your authentic self with me.

I endevour to create a trusting and safe space for you in our sessions together. As your coach, I am not here to pass judgement, or tell you what you should have done in the past or what you should do in the future. I want you to feel safe in looking forward and honestly exploring what the future may hold. I will help you to celebrate your successes as you work towards your goals.

I will challenge you to look beyond where you currently find yourself. I also acknowledge that this is not always an easy experience or process. I will lead with curiosity, empathy, and always in a way that respects your values, beliefs, and your humanity.
